Individual Swimmers
All swimmers must be a financial member of a Masters Club to enter.
You may enter a maximum of 3 individual events per day - i.e. 12 individual events in total.
The registration fee is $65 + $7.50 per individual event, the Welcome Function is $15pp and the Presentation Dinner is $65pp.
Open the entry form using the link below. Either print the form or complete it online and save it to your Desktop.
Please take care when entering events & times as no changes will be permitted once the forms are submitted.
You must enter a realistic time for your selected events.
Email or post the completed form to your Club Secretary / Nominations Officer and submit payment to your club by23rd February 2012 by their preferred method.
Manual Entry Form
If you have swimmers not confident with online entry process and would prefer a Manual Entry form please copy the Manual Entry Form attached below. All actions described above still apply and the form must be returned to your club Secretary or Nominations Officer.
Relays are great fun and an exciting part of any competition. Your club will nominate Relay Teams. Please advise your club if you would like to be part of a team.
Clubs do not have to name swimmers on entering a relay team - just the age group for the team. Swimmers names are nominated during the swim meet.
Nominations close with normal entries - ie 5th March.
Club Secretaries / Nominations Officers
Entries must be submitted in both Team Manager and on the Club Summary Forms.
Ensure all members are financial members of your masters swimming club.
Load your swimmers events into Team Manager. For instructions on how to download and use Team Manager refer to the Masters Swimming Australia website.
A zip file of events will be forwarded to Club Secretary / Nominations Officer to load into Team Manager as too large for website as stated in the Instructions.
Complete the Club Summary Form using the link below.
Please take care when entering swimmers' events & times as no changes will be permitted once the forms are submitted.
The change of swimmers in relays will be permitted during the event up until an announced close off but no changes to the age group of the relay team will be permitted.
Email the completed Team Manager files to natentries2012@internode.on.net by the 5th March 2012.
Email the completed Club Summary Forms to natentries2012@internode.on.net by the 5th March 2012 and pay by direct transfer to BSB 065 169 Account 10119569.

Welcome Function
The Welcome Function will be held at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre on the 13th April between 4 and 6 pm. Tickets should be ordered through your club when entering the event. Tickets are $15.00.
Registration will also be available at the pool on Friday 13th between 12 noon and 6 pm. Swimmers are encouraged to register on Friday to avoid delays on the first morning of the meet.

Social Events
The main focus of the social activities will be the “Swimmers Village” that will be created at the pool in the area behind the Grandstand.
Happy Hours will be held each day at the conclusion of the swimming in the SwimmingVillage.
Presentation Dinner
The Presentation Dinner will be held at the Glenelg SLSC on Tuesday 17th April at 7pm - 10pm. Tickets for the function are $65 and the evening will be a great way to finish the Championships. Tickets should be purchased through your club when entering the event.

Merchandise
The committee are currently finalising the range of merchandise to be available in 2012. Most of the merchandise must be pre ordered with your entry. The range will be listed on the SA website with further information to help you choose so keep watch.
Technical Officials
If you wish to nominate for technical officiating duties or general volunteer positions for the 2012 Masters Swimming National Championships please complete the "expression of interest form" and return via email to john.gamlen@bigpond.com.au

Accommodation
A range of recommended accommodation is available on the SA website. Swimmers are encouraged to support the event sponsors as they are all convenient to the Swimming Pool, transport and planned social activities.
